When I became a manager, I struggled — no strategic planning skills, endless unproductive meetings, constant conflicts.

HR told me: "Most people become great managers after five years."

Reassuring, but I didn't have five years. The business was growing fast.

So I compressed the timeline — devouring management books, finding mentors, practicing relentlessly on real projects.

Now I teach these lessons to 60+ organizations across Southeast Asia, so they don't waste five years making the same mistakes I did.
 
Aside from that, I published SOLID Skills: Foundation of Career Success in the Future of Work in collaboration with Gramedia.

I also share daily leadership tips to 250.000 followers across social media so more people can learn about leadership so long they have internet connection.
