My background
For the first few years, I built my career based on what’s remarkable and prestigious
I started as a consultant at McKinsey & Company
Then, I pivoted to tech and worked as a Lead Program Manager at Gojek
While I felt a high sense of achievement, I felt empty inside
At the same time, I felt trapped because I could not find more suitable alternatives
When COVID happened, I finally had time to reflect.
I realized that I no longer wanted to stay in the corporate life
So I started my side hustle as a Leadership Coach
After accumulating enough saving, audience, and courage, I turned it into a full-time commitment in 2022
